This is for the purchase of a single person electronic access keyfob to our main facility @ 227 Thorn Ave., Building V.  By purchasing this keyfob you are requesting our single membership option which is $54.99/month with a one time $15 access keyfob fee.  Your 1st month will be prorated @$1.75/day until the last day of the month. An invoice will be sent to your email with the prorated balance due to get started. There is a 15 day minimum prorated fee of ($26.25) if purchased after the 15th of the month. Upon paying your prorated invoice and saving your billing information an email with a temporary passcode is made available for immediate access. This system is not automated so some requests may take up to 2 hours to fulfill if completed from 9am-9pm. Membership requests are fulfilled 9am-9pm 7 days a week. Recurring payments begin the 1st of the following month @$54.99. NO CONTRACT, NO ANNUAL FEES, CANCEL ANYTIME.
