AGE, IDENTIFICATION & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

All family members must provide valid identification, complete the required waivers, and reside at the same address.

If the address on a member's identification differs from the primary member's address, additional proof of residency is required.

Members under 18 require prior authorization and adult supervision. Please contact us before purchasing if your family includes minors.

ADDING FAMILY MEMBERS

After registration, the primary member invites additional family members through their GymMaster account using the Add/Link Family Member feature.

Each invited member must complete their own registration, waiver, identification verification, and GymMaster app setup.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION

Download the GymMaster app using the link provided on your registration confirmation page. Each family member receives individual app access once registration and verification requirements are complete.
