Determine what you'd like to achieve over the next 12 weeks. Weight loss, muscle gain and weightlifting PR's are all easier to reach goals when there's a team involved. What will your objective be?
ACCOUNTABILITY
Weigh ins, progress pics and lifting videos are great ways to keep you from deviating from the course. Weekly check ins will ensure you're heading in the right direction. Don't be shy and be sure to share your achievements weekly. This challenge is not to see who can lift the most or look the best but rather acknowledge those completing their personal goals from week #1 all the way to week #12.
